Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Within 2 Hours

Clients may cancel an order within 2 hours of payment for a full refund, provided that project execution or production has not started. Requests must be emailed to support@osservice.tech.

2. After Production Begins

Because our services are customized and digital, refunds are not issued once production, research, translation, localization, portfolio preparation, or other substantive work has begun, except where required by applicable law.

3. Revisions

Clients receive unlimited revisions within 14 days of delivery. Revisions must relate to the original project brief. New requirements or scope changes may involve additional fees.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the bank or payment provider.
